Description
The Variat winding machine is manufactured as a manual coil winding machine or as a layer winding machine with automatic wire laying up to 1800 mm.
The machine is particularly suitable for winding transformer, high-voltage, stator and choke coils, spirals can also be wound. The drive can be controlled at all levels via a servo motor and a Siemens S7-1200 controller and is of course also infinitely variable up to 1000 rpm. A counterclockwise or clockwise rotation of the winding spindle is carried out by a button. The machine achieves a torque of 200 Nm thanks to a 10:1 reduction gearbox.
The wire laying drive is controlled separately by another servo motor, is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 1000 mm/rev and can be electrically coupled to the drive motor. The feed movements of the wire laying carriage are switched precisely at the set limit switches and special couplings.
The turns and/or layers are selected by the controller.
