Description
The HQ30 and HQ35P stripping machines are used to strip enamelled round wires and flat copper. The wire is stripped between two rotating brushes. The distance between the brushes can be infinitely adjusted.
The stripping machines HQ30 and HQ35P are guided by hand.
The HQ30 stripping machine is particularly suitable for thinner wires. The wire is drawn into the machine by counter-rotating brushes. The stripping machine HQ35P is suitable for thick round and flat wires. Parallel brushes do not cause any tensile forces on the wire.
Insert the enameled wire, turn it 90 degrees, pull it out, done. By inserting the wire from the side, the insulation can also be stripped in the middle of the wire (tapping).
With different brushes, the stripping quality can be adapted and optimized to the wire diameter and insulation material.
