Description

We revised our soaking and impregnation system in 2021 and coordinated it in 3D CAD. It was specially designed for electrical machine repair shops , training workshops, vocational schools and for research and development .

These simple, robust systems do not require any maintenance. A thickening of the impregnating agent is prevented by an airtight closing lid or a drain valve.

Advantages:

  • A removable perforated plate prevents small parts from falling into the paint storage tank.
  • Removable grate with movable struts for placing the parts to be impregnated.
  • Shut-off valve with airtight separate storage and drinking area.
  • An integrated overflow prevents the impregnating varnish from running out
  • The pump switches off automatically when the level in the drinking area is reached.
  • Level indicator and maintenance access.
  • A thickening of the impregnating agent is prevented by a tight-fitting lid.
  • The systems are suitable for diving, soaking and rinsing.

  • Manual: These systems are operated manually from the filling level, are particularly robust and only require the power connection for the pump.
  • Auto: These systems are equipped with an electric pump with automatic filling
  • Our systems are available in square, rectangular, octagonal and round.

Quick start Guide:

The paint space is filled manually or automatically with the impregnating agent. Now the insulating varnish can be inserted, sprinkled or otherwise applied. For safety, an overflow protection is integrated and prevents the impregnating varnish from leaking out. After the end of work, the paint is drained into the closed storage room or the lid is closed airtight.
