Description
Electronic tension meter with numerous evaluation functions
12 measuring ranges from 1 – 200 cN to 0.6 – 60 daN
Particularities:
– Large, backlit LCD display with 3 different display options: numerical,
numerical with bar graph (trend display), numerical with graphic (time-tensile stress diagram)
– for better reading of the measured values, the display rotates automatically in 90° steps (page C9)
– new, unique, force-reduced threading system
– Material thickness compensation: To achieve maximum accuracy, the material diameter can be adjusted using an adjusting wheel
and shown in the display (not available for all types)
– Automatic zero point adjustment in every measuring position using special sensor technology
– very fast measurement data acquisition and storage of MIN, MAX, last measurement value, PEAKS, mean value and standard deviation – internal measurement frequency 8 kHz
– adjustable MIN, MAX limits; if the limit is exceeded, the operator is informed via the display
– Storage space for customer adjustments: 4 (DTS), 9 (DTX)
– Fine adjustment: Adaptation of saved adjustment curves if the material to be measured deviates from the material to be adjusted
– Versatile setting options for adjustment for the operator
– Detailed menu navigation for configuration in German or English
– Selectable force units: cN, daN, g, kg, N, lb
– Rubberized handle allows for a secure grip in the operator’s hand
