Description

The AutoFix 9090 automatic impregnation system consists of a stationary base tank and a support grid that can be lowered automatically or manually. It is suitable for all rotors and stators, with or without housings, coils, and transformers, for both individual and series production. All sizes are possible and are customized to the customer’s specifications.

The Siemens control system allows the process to run fully automatically, semi-manually, or entirely manually. The system can be adjusted to the appropriate viscosity of the material being impregnated. The tray is loaded with the material, and the data is entered. Once started, the process runs fully automatically.
