The Variat winding machine is manufactured as a manual coil winding machine or as a layer winding machine with automatic wire laying up to 1800 mm.<\/p>\n
The machine is particularly suitable for winding transformer, high-voltage, stator and choke coils, spirals can also be wound. The drive can be controlled at all levels via a servo motor and a Siemens S7-1200 controller and is of course also infinitely variable up to 1000 rpm. A counterclockwise or clockwise rotation of the winding spindle is carried out by a button. The machine achieves a torque of 200 Nm thanks to a 10:1 reduction gearbox.<\/p>\n
The wire laying drive is controlled separately by another servo motor, is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 1000 mm\/rev and can be electrically coupled to the drive motor. The feed movements of the wire laying carriage are switched precisely at the set limit switches and special couplings.<\/p>\n
